Terms of Service

BarOps provides stock management, inventory counting, and AI assistant tools for bars and restaurants. The service is provided on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

• You must be 18 or older to use BarOps. • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. • You may not share your account with others outside your venue. • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to: • Use BarOps for any unlawful purpose. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform. • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our infrastructure. • Resell or sublicense access to BarOps without written permission.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. • The price is displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase and may change with 30 days notice. • No refunds are issued for partial months. • If payment fails, access may be suspended after a 7-day grace period. • Bitcoin payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.

You own all data you enter into BarOps (product names, counts, staff records, etc.). We process it on your behalf to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You can export or delete your data at any time.

BarOps includes AI assistant features powered by Anthropic Claude and OpenAI. AI outputs are for guidance only — they may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying AI suggestions before acting on them, especially for financial, legal, or compliance matters.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated via the status page (barops-azure.vercel.app/status). We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarOps and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.

You may cancel your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible. On termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of BarOps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
